Instructions for Participants

Eligibility:

⬆️ Age: Any male/female above 14 years of age can participate.

Time & Venue:

⬆️ Presence: Must be present at the Field Day Ground by 8:15 AM.

⬆️ Program Finish: 05 PM.

Attire:

⬆️ Footwear: Shoes/Sneakers are mandatory for all.

⬆️ Attire for Men: Full pants/Pyjama are mandatory for male participants.

Safety:

⬆️ Restrictions: Participation while ill or with any sharp object is prohibited.

Team Management:

⬆️ Team Division: All participants will be divided into 4 teams. The team list will be published on 15th & 16th December 2025.

⬆️ Leadership: The decisions of Captain, Deputy Captain, and Team Leader will be considered final.

Discipline:

⬆️ Discipline: 100% discipline must be maintained during the event.

Communication:

⬆️ Go-Box/Radio: Only persons with a call sign can use Go-Box/portable radio communication.

⬆️ Call Sign: Only those with a call sign can have it printed on their polo shirt collar.

Authority:

⬆️ Final Decision: ARAB’s decision regarding the event and participation will be final.

Transportation:

⬆️ Bus Service:
Bus-01 from Farmgate via Mohakhali–Uttara,
Bus-02 from Kakrail–Shantinagar–Rampura–Badda–Notun Bazar–Uttara
will leave at 7:15 AM to reach the venue.

Registration:

⬆️ Registration Includes: Polo Shirt, magazine, notebook & pen, breakfast, lunch, evening tea & biscuits, and three 500ml water bottles.

⬆️ Everyone will receive a participation certificate and we will also recognize the best activity team and best participant.

⬆️ Registration Fees: BDT 500/-

⬆️ Registration Deadline: 12th December 2025 (Extended) but Subject to availability of seats.
