Instructions for Participants
Eligibility:
Age: Any male/female above 14 years of age can participate.
Time & Venue:
Presence: Must be present at the Field Day Ground by 8:15 AM.
Program Finish: 05 PM.
Attire:
Footwear: Shoes/Sneakers are mandatory for all.
Attire for Men: Full pants/Pyjama are mandatory for male participants.
Safety:
Restrictions: Participation while ill or with any sharp object is prohibited.
Team Management:
Team Division: All participants will be divided into 4 teams. The team list will be published on 15th & 16th December 2025.
Leadership: The decisions of Captain, Deputy Captain, and Team Leader will be considered final.
Discipline:
Discipline: 100% discipline must be maintained during the event.
Communication:
Go-Box/Radio: Only persons with a call sign can use Go-Box/portable radio communication.
Call Sign: Only those with a call sign can have it printed on their polo shirt collar.
Authority:
Final Decision: ARAB’s decision regarding the event and participation will be final.
Transportation:
Bus Service:
Bus-01 from Farmgate via Mohakhali–Uttara,
Bus-02 from Kakrail–Shantinagar–Rampura–Badda–Notun Bazar–Uttara
will leave at 7:15 AM to reach the venue.
Registration:
Registration Includes: Polo Shirt, magazine, notebook & pen, breakfast, lunch, evening tea & biscuits, and three 500ml water bottles.
Everyone will receive a participation certificate and we will also recognize the best activity team and best participant.
